A strength of the home is the approach to safeguarding young people. Where concerns are raised, prompt and appropriate action is taken and young people’s safety is given utmost priority. Staff follow organisational and local authority procedures to ensure cohesive working between professionals. As a result, risks to young people are minimised and regularly reviewed.
